We provide performance marketing, advertising campaign management and lead generation services to financial professionals. Specific deliverables, volumes and pricing are set out in a separate written engagement.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on this website or in our deliverables constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We are not a regulated financial firm and do not provide regulated financial services.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate product information and any required regulatory disclosures.
- Hold all licences and permissions required to market and offer the relevant products in the target jurisdictions.
- Approve advertising creative and landing page copy before publication.
- Comply with all applicable laws in handling leads delivered by us.
4. Intellectual property
All website content is owned by Fin Leads Pro or its licensors. Custom-built funnels, creative and assets developed for a client are licensed to that client per the engagement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fin Leads Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per its written terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
